Your free live-answer and meeting-note minutes refill every 24 hours. The free practice interview is a one-off, because a full scored debrief is the thing Pro is for.
Yes, in one click from your account, with no email required and no cancellation fee. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop back to Free. Most people subscribe for the month they are interviewing and cancel after, and that is a completely fine way to use it.
Yes, for accidental or unused purchases. If you have not started a paid live interview session since paying, email us at support@nailmyinterview.com within 7 days and we will refund you in full. Once paid live time has been used, that purchase can't be refunded, and it's one refund per person. The free plan gives you 3 minutes of live answers a day, so test it before you pay. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, identified at checkout. It takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT where it applies, and issues your receipt. Your card details never touch our servers. The charge on your statement may show the payment provider's name rather than Nail My Interview.
No. Nail My Interview runs in Chrome or Edge. There is no download, no extension and no meeting bot that joins your call as a guest. Setup is a couple of minutes, once.
Your resume is stored on your account so you do not have to paste it in every time, and you can delete it whenever you like. Audio is transcribed as it happens and is never saved. Practice sessions and meeting notes are kept so you can reread them, and each one can be deleted individually.
Annual billing works out at $12.42 a month, which is two months free. There is no separate student rate yet, but if the price is genuinely the thing stopping you, write to us and say so.
